You won't lose a thing. We know recruiters constantly flip between tabs to gather information, so the extension auto-saves your data. Close it and reopen it, and it'll ask if you want to pick up exactly where you left off.
No. The system is designed to keep your database clean. If you try to pull in a profile that already exists in your CRM, the extension flags it, preventing the kind of messy data overload that slows you down.
