This action will result in deletion of any candidates, files, applications, job, company or contacts you have stored with us and once actioned will be irreversible. At the time of requesting this you agree that you have already taken all necessary backups of any data you need.
• At any time you can request an exported records document of any piece of content held in the platform. Whether this is contacts, candidates, companies, jobs or applications.
• Any request may take up to 1 week to complete.

Help us in protecting your data

It is your responsibility as a user of the platform to help us protect your data. To do so we request you have a strong password and to never disclose your username and password to anyone therefore It is your responsibility to ensure that your password is of good strength, not used on any other website and is kept secure. Anyone with your username and password can get access to your account and your data.

What data do we collect

Below is a breakdown of all the data we collect about you in order to effective run the service we provide. It is broken down in to two list. One list contains PII (Personal Identifiable Information); which is encrypted at rest, whilst the other list contains data that is not considered PII.

We also have an activity tracker on the platform which allows us to track the events you perform over the course of your session. We use and process this information to better understand how are users use our platform, to identify areas to improve and to identify improvements to better your experience. How we protect your data

We take lots of measures to ensure that your data is secure within our system, from our work machines, database access and server access. We have taken all necessary precautions to ensure data security and will continue to work to improve. GDPR compliance for your candidates and clients.

The storage of candidates and clients information in our platform is governed by the same privacy policy we have in place for your data. In addition to the listed PII for your collected information we will also store the following information regarding your candidates.

  • Skills
  • Role Title

It is your responsibility as the user to ensure that you are only storing candidate and client contact information for those you have permission from and that you take all measures to ensure your candidates and contact data is secure.

During the process of using our website we will continue to collect information about you which may be able to be used to personally identify you:

Whilst using the product, you may decide to connect your email address to your account. In doing so we will ask for the relevent information to perform the connection and over the course of having your email account connected we will store information such as:

  • Connected Email Address
  • Access Token – for instant access to send and recieve emails on your behalf.
  • Refresh Token  – a token that allows us to refresh the access token should it expire.
  • Emails sent to users via Giig
  • Emails sent or received to your candidates added to your candidate database.
  • Emails sent or received to your contacts added to your contact database.

You are responsible for your account and any activity on it. If you register as a business entity, you personally guarantee that you have the authority to agree to these Terms and Conditions on behalf of the business. It is furthermore important to keep your account password and any device from which you access the Services secure. If accessing the Website and/or Services via a mobile device, we recommend that you do not jailbreak or root the device.
