Giig's free Applicant Tracking System has been hugely beneficial to me. Working independently, I've been trying to keep overheads to a minimum and so this ATS has been a real life saver as it's allowed me to store my candidates into it's database, link them to the roles, progress through the interview stages and track process and it even gives you the ability to tag candidates skills, so you can easily search and refer back to previous candidates for future requirements.

What's stood out has been the team's constant hunger to improve the platform.

I actively use this CRM for my recruitment agency, it's very visual which I love and it's really easy to use.

If you wanted to try it out before upgrading then it has a free forever plan which I'd recommend getting on and getting a feel for the system.
