Giig's free Applicant Tracking System has been hugely beneficial to me. Working independently, I've been trying to keep overheads to a minimum and so this ATS has been a real life saver as it's allowed me to store my candidates into it's database, link them to the roles, progress through the interview stages and track process and it even gives you the ability to tag candidates skills, so you can easily search and refer back to previous candidates for future requirements.

Excellent tool for start-up recruiters
